The Rocky Mountain RoughRiders would like to thank Coach Matt Huckins and Coach James O'Leary for their dedication and commitment to our program.  Coach Huckins and Coach O'Leary began coaching with the organization during the inaugural 2010-2011 season.  The coaches will both be stepping away from Head Coach roles for the upcoming 2019-20 season in order to spend more time with their families.

The RoughRiders appreciate the countless hours they have spent on behalf of the organization, its families and players.  The sacrifices they have made being away from their own families hasn't gone unnoticed.

The goal of great coaching is to guide, inspire and empower an athlete or team to achieve their full potential.  Coaches need to be able to convey passion to their players, to inspire them to get the most out of their performance.  Coach Huckins and Coach O'Leary are incredibly passionate about this program and their players and it was evident during their tenure with the program.
