NoCo Ice Center/NCYH update regarding the COVID-19 closure
March 24, 2020  

 

In accordance with the Colorado Department of Public Health order 20-22; NoCo Ice Center must remain closed through April 30, 2020. This situation is a fluid situation in which we will continue to watch for guidance from the State of Colorado as to when it is safe to open and resume our activities. 

 

NoCo Ice Center supports this order, intended to ensure that we do our part to encourage social distancing in an effort to help protect the community from the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The safety and well-being of our community members and our dedicated staff and their families are our first concern. This situation will require all of us to work together to navigate this uncharted territory. We are confident, like other challenges presented to our community in the past, that we will come out stronger as a result. 

We are hopeful we can resume spring activities with a modified schedule in May and will keep all members updated as we re-evaluate in the coming weeks. Please allow some time for us to monitor the situation and formulate a definitive plan regarding schedules and payments/pro rating fees once we know a firm date NoCo will be able to safely reopen. 

All upcoming auto payments for any of the spring activities have been suspended. All deposits paid/registrations for spring offerings will stay on players accounts. 

 

 

THE STICK RACK:  

With hockey put on hold, The Stick Rack will continue to mirror the rink's hours so for the time-being the store will remain closed until further notice.

 

The Stick Rack has updated it's webstore if you'd like to purchase pre-paid sharpening cards and/or pre-paid gift cards.  All purchases made now will go along way to helping The Stick Rack maintain it's ability to operate while closed.  All purchases made now are VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!
