The Colorado Rampage announced last week it added Mario Puskarich as a Tier 1 and Tier 2 coach for the summer.

The 28-year-old forward played for the Manchester Storm of the Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL) this past season, recording 13 goals and 17 assists in 46 games. Puskarich has also played in the ECHL, formerly known as the East Coast Hockey League, with the Manchester Monarchs, and he skated collegiately at Vermont from 2013 to 2017. He also logged time in the Austrian Hockey League (EBEL) from 2017 to 2019.

In his freshman year at Vermont, Puskarich recorded 36 points in 37 games. He was chosen the Hockey East Association Rookie of the Year that season and made the league’s all-rookie team. He logged a total of 52 goals and 65 assists, including 13 game-winning goals, while at Vermont. He was the team’s co-captain his senior season.

The 5-foot-10 Puskarich is from Fort Walton Beach, Florida. He was born in Pittsburgh.

The Rampage, established in 2002, is based in Monument. The club is a founding member of the Tier 1 Elite Hockey League (T1EHL), which began in 2008. The club will have its Tier 1 tryouts later this week. For more information about the Rampage, or to learn more about tryouts, click here.
