CO Hockey Hub Player of the Week Revealed: Feb. 1-6

Hub exclusive: Choose which player had the best CHSAA performance last week.

Players of the Week Winner

Connor Maloney, Standley Lake. Maloney stopped 47 shots to help the Gators force a 3-3 tie with Resurrection Christian on Feb. 6.

Player of the Week Candidates

 

Trace Taranto, Woodland Park. The senior forward made a splash in the Panthers' season debut, scoring three goals and adding four assists in a 10-6 victory over Palmer on Feb. 1.  

Tim Costache, Denver East. Costache fueled the Angels' 12-2 rout of Columbine on Feb. 5, scoring two goals and adding six assists. 

Joseph Stock, Crested Butte. Stock kickstarted Crested Butte with a pair of first-period goals before the Titans took complete control in a 10-4 defeat of Aspen on Feb. 5. Stock finished the game with four goals and an assist. The next day, also against Aspen, Stock recorded four goals in his team's 7-1 victory, giving him nine points in two games.

Riley Hunt-Bahn, Cherry Creek. The senior forward scored three consecutive goals on Feb. 5 to distance Cherry Creek from Chatfield. He capped his performance with his fifth goal of the game midway through the third period to lead the Bruins to an 8-1 victory over the Chargers.
