And the winner is... CO Hockey Hub Player of the Week revealed: May 3-9

Player of the Week Winner

Brayden Johnson, Rock Canyon. Johnson stopped all 17 shots he faced in the first period to help Rock Canyon mount a four-goal lead in a 7-3 victory over Mountain Militia - II on May 8. He finished the game with 40 saves and a .930 save percentage. 

Player of the Week candidates

 

Riley Hunt-Bahn, Cherry Creek - I. Hunt-Bahn kickstarted Cherry Creek - I by scoring a pair of goals and adding an assist in the first period of a 7-4 win against Denver East - I on May 7. He put the finishing touches on his first hat trick of the season in the third period and also added an assist to finish the game with five points.

Brayden Langerman, Chaparral. Scoring two of the Wolverines’ first three goals, Langerman kept Chaparral competitive early on before his teammates found a scoring streak en route to an 8-3 win against Mountain Vista on May 7. Langerman finished the game with three goals for his first hat trick of the season.

Zachary Campbell, Front Range Rangers. Campbell tallied three goals in the first period to lead a 9-1 ousting of HTB on May 8. He added an assist in the final period to cap a four-point performance.

Chase Coisman, Ralston Valley. Coisman scored a trio of goals in the final six minutes of the first period to catapault Ralston Valley to an 8-1 victory over Monarch/WIC on May 8.
