Piers Arnold saved the day for Arapahoe on Jan. 8 as his game-winning goal was his second of the game and secured the 2-1 win for his team against Arvada.
Arnold started the scoring putting his team ahead with a goal. Camden Buzan was credited for an assist on the goal.
Then, Arvada stormed back with a goal of its own as Brody Roon tied things up at 1.
Once again, we heard from Arnold. His unassisted tally in the third period was enough to push Arapahoe ahead for good and secure the road victory.
