Each individual will need to re-enroll each calendar year!

Grizzly Hockey is enrolled into the City Market Community Rewards Program, you can register your City Market Rewards cards online!

Just go to the website below (or CLICK HERE) and begin enrolling! Once completed ALL purchases you make will directly benefit Grizzly Hockey, at NO COST to you and your family!

Please share this with your extended family, as ANYONE can sign up to support Grizzly Hockey! This includes ALL City Market & King Sooper (Kroger) throughout the the country!

This is an unbelievable opportunity for Grizzly Hockey members to help lower costs our family costs for everyone!


TO USE THE CITY MARKET COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM:
 

· Simply register online at www.citymarketcommunityrewards.com 

· Be sure to have your City Market Value card handy and register your card with your organization after you sign up.

· If a member does not yet have a City Market Value card, please let them know that they are available at the customer service desk at any City Market store.

· Click on Sign In/Register

· Most participants are new online customers, so they must click on SIGN UP TODAY in the ‘New Customer?’ box.

· Sign up for a City Market Rewards Account by entering zip code, clicking on favorite store, entering your email address and creating a password, agreeing to the terms and conditions

· You will then get a message to check your email inbox and click on the link within the body of the email.

· Click on My Account and use your email address and password to proceed to the next step.

· Click on Edit City Market Community Rewards information and input your City Marker Loyalty card number.

· Update or confirm your information.

· Enter your Non-profit Organization Number or name of organization, select organization from list and click on confirm.

· To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see your organization’s name on the right side of your information page.

· REMEMBER, purchases will not count for our group until after your cards are registered properly.

· Do you use your phone number at the register?  Call 800-576-4377, select option 4 to get your City Market Value card number.

· Members must swipe their registered City Market Value card or use the phone number that is related to their registered City Market Value card when shopping for each purchase to count.
