Back 2 Hockey Night
On November 3rd Summit Hockey hosted it's first ever Back to Hockey Night. Families throughout summit hockey attended including our brand new Mite parents. The Back to Hockey night's purpose was to help all players and parents connect with one another and help built the hockey community in Summit County.
A couple of the highlights of the event included:
- Guest speaker, former US Ski team member Jake Fiala who talked about how hockey has become an integral part of his life following his skiing career, and what it takes to make it to the next level in sports.
- A fundraiser to support Summit Hockey's own U19 girls player Taylor Ash as she fights Bone Cancer in her fibula. We all wish her the best and are here to support.
